Friday Chat 01.29.10

Good Morning CGs!

Well, made a little progress on the floors yesterday. I got the rest of the furniture moved out, cut out the carpet and pad, removed all the tack strips and staples (biggest PIA ever...I hate that job) and even sanded about 80% of the high spots. I also made the trip to Menards to pick up the t-trim and asphalt paper. So I'm in good shape. Of course my BIL didn't get the gun from our cousin, so I don't think I'll be able to nail any flooring today. I might lay out the starter strip since that gets face nailed and then prelay the boards (which you do for speed/ease). Dunno yet.

What's everyone else up to?

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew
