I'm not really in the mood for TV or a movie. Could go for a joy ride. To where? Dunkin Donuts, Dennys's, Waffle House? Then you have to be careful. All the drunks and weirdos are out in force. Can't make too much noise or you'll wake up the others in the house. Could put on a headset and listem to music .... nah. Cruise You Tube and watch some old cartoons or a Three Stooges episode. Read something, nah, my mind isn't clear enough. Go shopping at WalMart, nah, more weirdos. Have a cup of coffee and think of what you might do with the day ahead. Hope there's time for a nap later because by the afternoon I'll be feeling it. I'm just happy I can do that, as long as the wife doesn't call me at nap time. I swear she knows when I'm napping. |
