Subject: Saturday Chat 07.31.10 by Matatk on 2010/7/31 11:51:32 Good Morning CGs! Well, it's raining now and has been off and on for several hours. About 4 am the storm was so bad that the thunder was literally shaking the house. Wow. This is in an already saturated area. We had some flooding around the area last week when there was heavy rainfall. Hopefully not a repeat of that. My city was ok, but a couple close just got hammered. Switched my workouts up a bit yesterday. Back to the KBs. Took it light and my legs are still sore! Hopefully it doesn't bother me too much, my run tonight is supposed to be 4 miles with 4 gentle pickups at the end. For those you start out slow, build up to a slow sprint within 100 meters, then hold for 20 meters, then slow down. Sounds easy, right?
