If you decide not to press charges, you might talk with one of the tactical officers about looking at this guy for a possible future search warrant. Sometimes even when people want to press charges, they fear retaliation.I dont know you and I dont know how far you want to go with this, I would suggest that you do whatever you feel comfortable with.
