The other side is a pain because I need an island piece cut down to 29 inches (with an 18 x 24 L on one end). It's about 39 sq.ft. The modest looking is at $1,500 right now. But I'll probably upgrade to a more exciting granite so, I'm looking at $1,800. If I decide to sell the house later on, it almost has to be stone. It's just the nature of the area of town I'm in. |
