I was reading about sports supplements because I want to change my stuff up. Sports supplements are similar to vette parts....this airfoil will give you 15 hp guaranteed...just like this powder will make you bench 350 lbs, have a 12 pack (not just a 6 pack) and emit a phermone european supermodels can't resist. So there's a lot of garbage to wade through without any real science. Of course, a bunch of gym rats going "yeah, it rocks" then the other half going "it blows". Stick to the simple stuff is what I keep telling myself. Taking the kid to gymnastics this morning, then we are having a dinner date tonight with the wife and BIL/his gf.
