A local television station that works to resolve problem issues.(Maybe one you advertise with) This time it would be the business appealing to the customer for resolution instead of the usual reverse case. Head them off at the pass so to speak. I'm having difficulty understanding why they won't except "Yes" for an answer. We have a disabled advocate here that can raise more hell than the devil himself so I can understand how these things can go over the top. |
