So the work it needs is some leveling then since there is a crack all the way across the ceiling we have to replace the entire ceiling. I would try to fix it but its been patched way too many times. As far as just barely fixing it up thats a no go. If I am going to fix it it will be all the way. We called a agent to come look the place over and see what the real time value is and how much we could get for it if we fixed the kitchen up. |
