Things will heal in time and you will be back running. My running group is eight runners and we have been together for twenty five years. We all have been injured at one time. Driving to Tampa to a race as we write. Gasparila in Tampa is a race I've done for over 20 years. On Saturday, they do a 5K and a 15K and on Sunday, they do a half and a full marathon.
