I feel like it. I was downstairs with the kids yesterday and I couldn't resist picking up the weights (I'm addicted!). I started really light on the bench and did a pyramid set from 135 to 225 then I did a few lat pull downs to stretch out my back. Then it was time to eat so I couldn't do any more. I'll do a little more today. |
