The kids are all rowdy and not much for doing what they are supposed to be doing. I got the first of 8 doors swapped out last night. What a PITA it was. Get it hung and swinging right and the door frame modded to the position of the of the door strike. Then i got to put on the handle.....the SOB's bored it wrong! Bored at 2" instead of 2 3/8......F@*K. If i didn't have so much time in on it I'd take it back and stick it right up their @zz. I checked all the others they are bored right. maybe I'll do another one tonight. Have to admit though, it looks great now that it is done. Working on some chairs and a bench for one of the daughters in KC. Just like the ones I did for here last year, she's decided that she needs 6 more and a new table in the dining room.  Got to go..kids need me. |
