May I ask a question? Nevermind I will anyway, Bill how the hell long you been working on that car???? Seems like every month or so you show " 1 " part that you have worked on!

I took it apart in 1983 mostly because I had a 65 Coupe and a 76 Coupe as drivers. A buddie of mine wanted help doing a frameoff on his 67 Vert -427/435 and would get my frame done by his employees.

In '84 I got my position in Reno , the company wouldn't pay to move all my cars and trucks so I sold the 65 & 76 thinking that I'd buy a big block 67.

The 67 was NEVER supposed to be a quick restoration, it was something to play with when I retired (especially since I paid $3,000 for it).

I was looking at big blocks when someone said "You wanta get back into racing?".
I blew off the big block and never looked back, it was a very good decision.

I only work on the 67 when I feel like it (especially since I've been doing extremely dirty work that sucks).

It will get done when it gets done.
I still have a Corvette to drive and I haven't touched that car with a wrench in 5+ years, just drive it.

If I still could afford to race, I wouldn't even be touching the 67.
