I have the Fiero Gt, a 76 Vette, 93 Vette, and a 05 Mustang GT. love them all for what they are. Why bash people for their choices ?

I think Central Coaster said it best: Car Guy.

Everyone has a different motivation.
There are the car guys. A car guy isn't necessarily a good wrench, but he understands and appreciates what's involved. Most car guys wish they were good wrenches if they're not, (that's me). An old Camaro and a new C6 hold equal status with me, (and most car guys I'd imagine).
Then there are the waxers, that includes the NCRS crowd.
The racers, an interesting bunch.
And finally, the snobs. These guys are total a-holes. Most people wouldn't like them no matter what the setting. These are they guys they say the car makes up for other, ahem, shortcomings. Not all snobs are guys who scrapped to buy their C6. Some of them are legitimately well off. Doesn't matter, because there is no way you can be a happy soul if you have to put others down to validate yourself.

I think C4guru has a lot of car guys.
