Good Morning CGs!

Well, the painting was going well yesterday until I started cleaning up. I used a new tape this time that BIL recommended to me. It's called green frog tape, as opposed to the standard blue 3m I always use. As I pulled it off, I got a lot of tearing along the edges of the paint. Darn it. The air was very humid which I'm sure had something to do with it, and I did score my edges with a razor first. Oh well. Touch ups this evening after work.

The last 5 days have been out of character for me as far as my diet/routine. I took all 5 off from working out, I ate whatever junk I wanted, and I didn't weigh myself once or track my calories. Amazingly I didn't gain any weight. I did work a lot outside and in the house on projects so I wasn't completely sedentary. Today I am back on the normal routine and I think the days off will do my body good. It is always wise to take some time off to recover.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew
