Subject: RE:Official "Bitch about gas prices" thread!!! by CentralCoaster on 2008/2/26 3:21:36 Sell your Corvette and get a Prius then. I saw one yesterday with vanity plates that said "51 mpg". I felt like pulling up next to him on my motorcycle that gets 60+ and telling him his car is an ugly, boring slab of steel with no payback that won't get 51 mpg outside of a EPA driving simulator. But instead I just rode on. I tried bitching about gas prices before and it only made them more expensive. At the Shell stations here they installed TVs so you can watch the news about gas prices going up while you pump gas. I love it! |
