I had planned on brewing some beer today but the more equipment and the more technical I become it gets to be more of a chore. I really enjoy doing it and over the past few years have got the system down pretty good. But during the heat of the summer brewing outdoors is really hot and sweaty job. Future choices will be an all electric indoor rig in the basement. Cross your fingers I get motivated in the next hour or so! May just take the headlight buckets out of the Vette today instead.
