Sleep is highly overrated but I like a few things in excess like the feeling of my pillow gently cradling my head and the pillow top mattress offering comfort to my aching body. I pretty much stick to 7 or 8 hours of recharging with 6 hours my preferred minimum. I know some people that are lucky to get 3 or 4 hours of sleep. Not for me though. I simply cannot function that way. I don't know how they do it. |
