Letty, the 3M urethane repair epoxy has a few drawbacks.
It's part of their "automix" professional stuff. Requires a special caulk gun but can be dispensed other ways. Good product though.

There are others.

If you are going to repair the air dam, Google urethane repair, there's videos online.

I'd certainly repair it before spending $500.

He has the guns and stuff at the shop I can use... problem with the repair is that I have to find some way to reinforce it since it's split clean in two. Yes I'd rather repair than buy a new one. Being a Tigershark chin spoiler, and you can't get the true urethane tigershark bumper anymore, the prices of the chin spoilers have gone sky high. And, he saw it yesterday at work and him being in an already pissed off mood at other stuff , and my back end being boogered up too - he got mad all over again and hollered at me

said when he gets his '03 done at the end of this week, he's just gonna get mine up there and fix everything and be done with it, whatever it cost me it is what it is... before I was gonna be banished to the back shop with it, buy my supplies and paint and do myself. Now he's all mad that I tore it up... Don't count I guess how much sanding and crap I've done to HIS car....
