These tables retail $$$$. They spread and have 2 table extension leaves. We got them from the Habitat for Humanity Resource Center. Kind of like a Goodwill for construction and home stuff donated from local stores, overstocks, close outs and so on. Paid $300 for 1, $200 for 2 more and 150 for one that needed more serious work. I have them all assembled now. A light sanding needed on all. The cheapest one was missing parts. 2 legs a support and a cross brace. It could have been put on two pedestals but noooooooooo. Sue had some wood cut and I threw it all together. Looks good but the legs, cross member and support aren't teak. The table is a mutt. Can't complain. Still a steal of a deal for a buck and a half. The $300 one is going to one of Sue's friends. I know the two $200 ones are probably staying here. The other one will probably end up in some remote corner of the yard or back by the nursery. It would make a pretty fancy potting table. |
