You're correct, it was worth every penny. Wish I could sell my report to anyone else interested. There should be a site where you can do that. Say you're looking at a home at 123 Street, Anytown USA - log into a "site" and look up the address and see if there are any current inspection reports on there. yea, friend's a dumbass.
