I am ensconced in the power chair in the office writing reports in the AC comfort.... I may make the 50 yard trip into the house from the shop-office to partake in some lunch.. I am on my 4th cup of coffee and feeling fairly lit up.... may have to run in place or do some jumping jacks....to burn off this caffeine... I remember jumping jacks was like the staple of exercise back in the 60's.... I did not see them used in the Insanity work outs that are used today.... don't be lollygagging today Guru's |
