Marcus - if the price of the fuel pump didn't make your jaw drop, wait until you see the replacement procedure. Good luck. Did the sewage pump at the in-laws today. The check valve / ball valve combo was also bad. Go figure. So new pump, new pipe, new valve. $600 all in. Come to find out the professional "plumber" installed a cheap azz regular 1/3 hp sump pump in the ejector pit. What?!?!? No wonder it failed. Let me just say I had more than one or two choice words for that guy. New zoeller 1/2 hp sewage pump installed should last another 15+ years. Hope everyone had a great day! |
