Came down with the crud again, wasn't really over it to start with. Went to bed early, turned mattress pad heater on, jacked the heat up and sweated it out. Feel somewhat better, we'll see after I finish my coffee. Quote:
My Nanny (great aunt) lived in LA and wore them around there. She was from Rhode Island so guess she had them then too. I'd say this one and the capes and stuff possibly 50s, maybe 60s. She had leather gloves came halfway up her arm, and the long cigarette stick thing. I don't have that but I have her gloves, a hat, this coat, a cape or two of hers. There's a furrier in Memphis I plan to take it to for some minor repairs if I ever think about it. It's 30 here but due to warm up, at least the sun is out |
