Subject: Wednesday Chat 01.21.26 by Matatk on 2026/1/21 6:25:22 Good Morning CGs! Surprisingly the forecast is not 75 and sunny. Still trying to figure that one out. I've been following out of state property prices for a while now. Trying to make plans for the (much further down the road) eventual retirement. But the prices have doubled and tripled in some of the areas I'm looking (TN and KY mostly). Hard to believe it's gotten that insane. I'm not sure if it will stay like this or there will be another bubble pop. Guess time will tell. VB, good luck with the musical battle. Maybe it's time to pump some easy listening through those speakers. I'm sure they'd love that. Hope everyone has a great day! |
