Good Morning Gurus!

Hey, did anyone watch the Mecum auctions on TV recently? I think I was watching on Sunday evening, and a 40th anniversary Vette went up on the block. It looked to be in good shape. It was an A4, and did NOT have the ruby center caps on the wheels.

The car went for either $9,000 or $11,000. I was actually surprised at how little many of the cars were selling for. Mecum must not pull like Barrett Jackson. The only thing that was fetching big dollars were Hemi Cudas. Crazy prices on those buggers.

Anyway, the whole time this Ruby was on stage, the commentators were talking about how great a car it was, fast and inexpensive. They were saying now is the time to buy, with prices low, and how the car was a great way to get into the collector car hobby.

It made me feel warm and fuzzy, but I don't know if a C4 is ever going to be hot property. I just hope if the time ever comes to sell mine, that I don't lose too much money. That would be great. But for now, I have no intention of selling.
