What bolts will you be torquing? The wrench you linked to is 1/2" drive, it sounds like major overkill for wire loom bolts unless they attach to a head bolt.
My fear with those who don't wrench every day is that they sometimes blindly follow the torque wrench indicator right up until the moment the bolt snaps off.
Make sure you understand the spec, (is it foot lbs. or inch lbs.?) and is the wrench set correctly?
For occasional weekend work either Craftsman or HF should be adequate assuming you follow the above.
