Had my 4 wisdom teeth extracted yesterday morning. I bled for a good 3 hours. Surgery took 20 minutes EXCEPT I had a panic attack while getting the shots. They hooked me up to oxygen to help me calm down, then I went back on the NOS and it was all fine. I stayed awake during it. It wasnt bad at all. I had nitrous oxide and novacaine and some numbing jelly. Couldnt feel my mouth from 10:30 till 5:00. Ate food a hour after I got them pulled. Mmm cheeseburger. Had spaghetti last night and BLT today. My cheeks are swollen and I am sore but the surgeon was really good, very nice and patient, and did a overall good job. He asked me to come back in 1 week for a check up. My mouth feels weird. i can feel the sockets. I had a stitch put in each one but it still feels open. The first guy I went to that told me I had a big chance of being numb on the lower/lip chin for life was a nutcase!!! This guy told me I had a average(1%) chance but I feel fine other than the sorness in the sockets. Nothing else is new.
