Not too sure on those, but I'm thinking I might have two of three, anyway. Today started off pretty good. Back when I first decided to do the walking thing, at the beginning of July, I pulled out a shirt from the closet that did not fit. It was my short-term goal, to be able to wear the shirt again without looking like a stuffed sausage. I told myself that when I got down from 299 to 285 I would wear it. Today the scale said 284, so I put it on, and it fits! w00t! Slow day at the office today, I think. Probably watch a lot of ESPN, and hear the same five sports stories over and over and over and over...... Have a SuperMegaGuru-ific day all!  |
