I am off today and going to install my bike parts tonight! I cant wait!

I just installed my throttlemeister yesterday, going to try it out today. Also got some helmet radios last week with bluetooth, fm radio, and bike-to-bike communication. I called mom while doing 90 on the freeway, but she didn't seem to care. Damn.

Also got the project bike running finally. The carb was 100% blocked with crud. (Suzuki boulevard 650 that we picked up in otherwise excellent shape for $600.) Still need to adjust the float, otherwise it fills the entire airbox with gas!

Be careful with those Throttlemeisters - I have 'em on both the BMW's...

They're real good at chewing up the end of the grips (from the underside), and if you set it too tight, jacking up the throttle twist...

But if they're set right, it's nice having the right hand free...

I get to take my RT back to the doc tomorrow morning to see why I'm getting a Brake Fail light (actually, fluid level fail error) - ah, what fun....
