That list is a little out of date, to say the least. Amago has been gone for 10 years, Barona just has a parking lot.
Looks like the closest is Perris, 1.5 hrs away.
San Diego is like the black hole of racing. The only paved race track we have around here is a 1/8th mile dragstrip with a gravel return road and access road.
