They MUST come up with wierd shit so they can justify their existance. If CARB didn't do this, then the question would be raised, "what is left for them to do?" Yea, right. As for drivers? CA drivers are good. If you want bad, go to Miami. Those people there are dangerious. Road markings are merely a suggestion... speedlimits are ignored... no one signals... no inspections or drivers education - OF ANY KIND. It's anarchy on the highways. |
