Subject: Some good news by pianoguy on 2009/3/28 0:12:59 My oldest son finished college today - he informed us that he will be getting a special cap and gown, having achieved a 4.0 GPA.  A friend of ours sells real estate. She said that their office had gotten 10 new listings within the past 2 weeks, and that 5 of them sold within a week. She also said that people are starting to hold out for their price, not accepting lowball offers. So maybe the worm is starting to turn. |
