It is.  Sorry, had to say that.People and businesses have been moving across the border for years for exactly the reasons you guys point out. Two stories in the news this week, one on how Ca. is trying to entice businesses to move back (yea, that's gonna happen) and stories about how the liberals in our legislature want to raise taxes all over the place. The Gov says he'll veto any tax increase. It was mentioned in another thread how any taxes/programs become "essential", for the legislators anyway. Belt tightening is only for the taxpayers. |
