Subject: Re: Sunday Chat 05.31.09 by bogus on 2009/6/1 3:54:46 My project today was the Jeep... specifically, a rust problem on the right floor. Just inside the right front door, under the rocker panel, was a huge rust patch. 20" long, 5" wide. I cut some of the rust out and then sanded the area, hit it with primer and filled in the hole with fibreglass. I know... not perfect, but it will stop the progression. Tomorrow, I will coat the outside of the fix with truck bed liner... then it will be done. Yesterday, I was working a car show at the Automobile Driving Museum. Very nice. I will post some pics tomorrow. |
