We have to vote for people who will pass a lot of laws and raise our taxes and we should not drive our cars anymore. These winters are getting soooo bad! Yeah right! We don't even know what a bad winter is anymore. Talk to some of the old timers (of which I almost qualify)they can tell you about the winter of 49 or in the 50's. My Dad and Mom were on the way back from Montana to school in Lincoln and got caught in Chadron NE in the 49 blizzard and were there a week. Folks opened up there homes to those that were stranded. The drifts were huge,as tall as some houses. Nobody had even heard of carbon debt or greenhouse gas and the weather was much more extreme in those days. I'm not saying we need to be stupid, I am sure there are ligit concerns with all the people we now have but I always figured that if the Lord designed this rock to support mankind he had to make it somewhat idiot proof.
