Agreed. It sounds stupid. My initial feeling is that it should be 1 for 1. However, none of us work there and none of us know the whole story. Perhaps they tried trusting people and everyone took an hour. Perhaps it used to be 1 for 1 and people still abused it. Or perhaps it was always this way for no good reason and it really did need to be changed. |
