To get there I have to go past downtown LA, and I didn't realize that the funeral for Chief Daryl Gates was this morning, so traffic was reported to very very heavier, much more so than normal. I ended up just missing most of the funeral and commute traffic and made great time. I did see the hearse and its escort on the freeway on its way to the start of the procession. Otherwise not much happening. Been working on disaster drill for tomorrow, but I think I'm all wrapped up. |
