Subject: Re: Beverages by 383tpimachine on 2010/5/5 3:09:44 Im 19 and have never broken 150lbs and im 6ft tall I gave up soda back 4 years ago by force from my cross country coach. After no soda for 3 straight years I cant stand carbonation. Anytime I drink a soda I feel sick. I drink a BUNCH of juice and koolaid. And about a gallon of water each day. i drink 2 20 oz gatoraides on days i plan on running. one 2 hours before and 1 right after. |
