I like to have my share, believe me, however, when in the midst of serious depression, stress, anxiety and panic attacks and grieving over lost loved ones, it's not really been the on the front of my mind lately unfortunately. I"m still trying to focus on the basics like getting out of bed and getting through a whole day and night without falling apart over something. There are days right now that I really don't see the need to even get out of bed. I'm just now starting to want to get out and do things. Depression meds and such help, but time will do the most good, along with help from my counselor. There's been a lot of progress but still a long road to walk ahead. I want to fix ME before I get tangled up with anyone else on any level. Not fair to the man to come in with lots of baggage... |
