Deer are color blind but not pattern blind. They can't see the orange, just the shape of it, that's why they make the camo orange you'd think they'd be wearing. Hunters however are not color blind just some of them are stupid. When it comes to shooting in your direction even if you have on the orange that's supposed to let them know where you are for safety reasons they'll take an unsafe shot anyway. You can have on all the orange you want, and some redneck sure as god made little green apples, will fire at you swearing he saw a deer, he's that hard up for a rack on the wall. |
