Subject: Re: Queen Mary by flyboy on 2010/8/22 2:13:40 Two Scots carpenters that I apprenticed for worked on the Queen Mary when she was being refitted after serving as a troop ship during WWII. By coincidence Cunard White Star Lines had a booking office in the building we worked in downtown Chicago so we had had plenty of their cast off pictures hanging in the carpenter shop. Here's one I saved of the Queen Mary and Queen Elizabeth. |
