After my run follow up with another smoothe of bananas, fruit and milk, during the run gaterade, has all the properties of sweat keeps the electolytes up. I do the same when I lift. Your times are good, I added above because I was having problems running in the heat. I got side track for a minute while posting. Anyway when I started the smoothe formula my times dropped and felt better. IMO Erin |
