I bought a nice pair of running sunglasses with 4 interchangeable frames. I also got a ton of samples with protein/energy bars and some protein shakes and juices. Talked to one vendor about nutrition protein vs carbohydrate and fat burning for a while and we were totally on the same page so I liked that. Also met a really nice swimmer who is a world champion triathlete and the 1996 gold medal winner in swimming. She was selling a book that my buddy bought and she helped him with his stroke and breathing. How awesome is that? And she let us hold the gold medal which was totally cool. Off to work.
