Mike, Wayne, Ron, Kevin, Ed and lots of other great people. Very sunburned, as the weather (for a change) was great. No monsoons, or tornados this year. A little drama at the end of sunday though. My normal gig is to sit in a chair (by gate 1) and watch everyone rush out into the traffic jam. A beer or 2, and some french fries (I mean freedom fries) finish the weekend off nicely. Anyhow, the whole place goes into a frantic lockdown. I understand that someone held up a vendor at gunpoint!! After about an hour, they (the cops) let us out 1 at a time. Oh well, off to the doctor for a check up, and some shots for my trip to China. |
