Subject: Re: Tuesday Chat 9-7-10 by Matatk on 2010/9/7 14:55:56 Good Morning CGs! Well I forgot to set the alarm last night and overslept this morning! Oh no! Luckily it wasn't too bad, only about 25 minutes, which is about what I spend on the computer doing my morning stuff. Still rushed a little bit to get out. Did a run last night and the wind was terrible. Running into a 25 mph headwind sucks! Still ran a pretty good time for what I did. Quads are sore right now. I've got a 5k race on Saturday, so I might need to back off the next couple days. Hope everyone has a great day! Matthew |
