Subject: Re: Monday Chat 10.18.10 by teebee on 2010/10/18 18:33:45 Ron, I know what you mean...my administration, after a ton of years basically leaves me alone, except when it requires state or fed funding, then they make me do what is required. My principal walked in today during my 4th hour class to do a "walk through evaluation" not a formal evaluation, just a little walk through to check what I am doing, what the kids are doing, whether or not I have all the appropriate posters up on the wall....etc. I have one of these each month. Then later on I'll have a "formal evaluation". Which he basically does the same thing, only I have to go in and talk to him about it and sign papers saying that I agree/disagree with his evaluation. |
