Tomorrow is supposed to be a much nicer day. I'm not complaining though about our weather, you guys are having it much worse than I, Bill that looks like a lot of fun.....NOT. Marcus, the ab ripper has a way of making you feel like crap. But I can see (and feel) an improvement in my abs in the month or so that I've been doing P90. Got to go check on the students.....later. |
