Yeah I know guys who had problems with those tensioners, Early on I changed my twin cams out to a gear drive set up from S & S thus eliminating the tensioners altogether.

Harley said the gear drives made to much noise which is funny when I can't hear anything over the sound of my Rienhardt exaust anyway. Or my ear plugs when the motor is off.
