They are willing to do whatever is needed for me to establish title. Just entails a few complex pages with supporting documentation like bith certificate, death certificate, a limited power of attorney. We have to first title it to my nephew, then he can gift it to me. I hate paperwork. Just a short 40 years ago, $20 and a bottle of booze would go a long way at the DMV. Today everything is so technical.  Working out of the house today. Whatever I do is what'll get done. Have a gureat day gang. |
