I have a book called, Don't sweat the small stuff (and it's all small stuff) which is aimed at what you are saying about stress. I have had to learn how to deal with stress in my life and I think it is a life skill that should be tought from the beginning. It affects everyone at some point in their lives. My mantra is, This too shall pass. The older I get the less I want to waste time worring and stressing. Tried to plug some areas in the roof that I thought were suspect in leaking so we shall see. It's rainy here today so it will be a good test. Got a good work day in yesterday but the weather may be against us today. Oh, well that too shall pass. See it works! Stupid f'n idiot weather! Let's roll today guru's, I can see the weekend just coming over the horizon. |
